At Delicto, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
